Nourish + Move
Welcome to the Nourish + Move Challenge! We kick off Monday November 3rd! For 28 days, you’ll move daily with our online and/or in-studio classes, building daily habits that last.
Two weeks before (Sunday October 19), join our Wellness Workshop with Matt + Monica from ‘Breathe In’ Studio to get prepped, motivated, and ready. The nutrition support is optional but if you’d like to dive deeper, their guidance and resources will help you optimise your results.
From November 3 - 30, it’s all about showing up, moving daily and feeling your best. Online or in-studio, you’ll have plenty of options, and by the end you’ll feel energised, balanced and strong!

Note: You are automatically signed into the Wellness Workshop and Group Workout when you sign up to the Challenge. Please cancel the sessions if you can’t make it. There will hopefully be an option to connect via zoom on those weekends too.

Kick off on Monday, November 3rd! This challenge is designed to inspire movement and mindful nourishment, helping you feel energised, balanced, and strong.
PART 1: THE MOVEMENT
Access a variety of movement options daily, including Tone, Cardio, and Yoga through our online platform.
If you are a studio member, integrate "in-studio" classes like Tone, Reformer, or Circuit training along with your choice of yoga classes.
Your schedule:
4 x Tone, Reformer, Circuit or PT session
2 x Cardio (online or personal session)
1 x Yoga
PART 2: THE NUTRITION
Benefit from expert nutritional guidance by Matt and Monica Thom. This is optional but highly recommended.
For full nutrition support, purchase the 84 Day Challenge Action Manual, Alkaline Recipe Book, and Secret Black Book for $70. The 84 Day Body Challenge Action Manual is a comprehensive daily checklist and workout guide designed to help you transform your body step-by-step. To gain a deeper understanding of why you’re undertaking specific actions in the 84 Day Body Challenge, it’s highly recommended to read ‘The Secret Black Book’ first. This will provide you with education and motivation to stay committed throughout the 84 days. The Alkaline Recipe Book offers simple, easy-to-follow recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also includes a complete 84-day meal plan if you choose to follow it.
Participate in a Wellness Workshop two weeks before the challenge starts to learn about alkaline eating and effective nutritional strategies.
