• Our Reformer Classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels and physical abilities. Our studio features 8 Reformer beds to create a personal and intimate experience for clients. We pride ourselves on offering inclusive and accommodating classes that foster a body-positive environment. All equipment and props are available for use and encouraged in any Reformer class, as long as clients feel comfortable and safe.

  • Our 45min circuit class is a high-vibes, full-body workout that incorporates a series of strength training and cardiovascular pilates exercises. Participants move through a variety of stations, each designed to target different muscle groups and keep the heart rate elevated. The dynamic and fast paced nature of the class ensures a challenging and effective workout for ALL fitness levels.

  • Our Base classes will focus on providing a more accessible session for those that are new to Reformer,  or recovering from injuries. Expect to move through the session at a more relaxed pace with emphasis on strength, endurance and technique. Our Base classes will be limited to 4 participants to ensure that we can give each individual the attention they deserve.

  • Our Mother and baby reformer class is designed to provide a supportive environment for new Mothers and their babies. This class focuses on rebuilding strength, improving posture and allows new Mummas to prioritise their own health and wellness. This class offers a nurturing and inclusive space for postnatal recovery and fitness. *Please note that our $20 Mother & baby casual pass can be used in both ‘Mother & Baby’ or ‘CORE’ class styles.

REFORMER

  • Our Core class is tailored to postnatal mums and anyone who is new to Pilates seeking to enhance strength and stability. This is a nurturing and dynamic workout focusing on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, stability and body awareness. Sessions are low impact, incorporating gentle yet effective movements designed to support your recovery, regain strength and boost confidence. This class is baby friendly and includes both Mat and Reformer exercises.

  • A 45-minute full-body workout that seamlessly combines traditional mat Pilates with dynamic movements. This class is designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of flowing exercises that engage every muscle group.

    You’ll experience a steady-paced mat class that incorporates various props, including ankle weights, resistance bands, and dumbbells, to amplify your results and keep your workouts exciting.

    This class is perfect for participants of all fitness levels. Feel free to move at your own pace and listen to your body as you flow through each exercise. Get ready to sculpt and define your body.

  • Experience the serenity and strength of our Yoga Flow class, a dynamic practice designed to unify body, mind and spirit. In this 60 minute session you will flow through a series of asanas (postures), linking breath with movement to create a rhythmic and meditative experience. This class encourages flexibility, balance and mindfulness, making it suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
