Unless otherwise stated, all prices for goods and services provided by Daily Dose Studios include GST. Daily Dose Studios reserves the right to alter prices at its discretion, taking into account factors such as changes in the cost of delivering these goods and services. Any price adjustments will be communicated in advance through written notice, and the new prices will be effective from the specified date in the notice.

In order to secure your spot in your preferred classes, advance booking is necessary through our online booking system on our website or mobile app. This process is essential to guarantee adequate space for each class. Alternatively, you can drop by the studio before the start time of the class you wish to join, depending on availability and space.

You can reserve classes up to 14 days beforehand using our website or mobile app. Payments are required at the time of booking. To reserve a spot in a class, you must have either an active membership or class package, or you can make a payment during the booking process.

Our cancellation policy is 6 hours prior to class start time. This is designed to ensure that the studio can operate as smoothly as possible, and to allow adequate notice for others to enroll in classes. In order to cancel your attendance without penalty, you must remove yourself from the class six hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class. 

An email reminder is sent to you 8 hours prior to class commencing, giving 2 hours to cancel at no charge. Daily Dose Studios will not accept cancellations by phone, email or any other method other than by using the website or mobile app. 

If you need to cancel a class, the following cancellation fee structure will apply: 

New Member Offer

Early cancel ($0): If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least six hours prior to the class commencement time. You will not forfeit the class or pay a fee.

Late Cancel (forfeit session): If you cancel your class within six hours of the class start time, you will forfeit your session.

Class Pack Holders (1,10,20,50) Double Dose and Triple Dose Memberships, Double Dose + Mat and Triple Dose + Mat

Early cancel ($0): If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least six hours prior to the class commencement time. You will not forfeit the class or pay a fee.

Late Cancel (forfeit session): If you cancel your class within six hours of the class start time, you will forfeit your session.

No Show (forfeit session + $5 cancellation fee): If you do not cancel your class or do not attend within the cancellation period, you will forfeit your session and be charged a cancellation fee of $5. 

Founders Club Membership, Ultimate Membership, Endless Membership and Founders Mat Membership

Early cancel ($0): If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least six hours prior to the class commencement time. You will not forfeit the class or pay a fee.

Late Cancel ($5): If you cancel your class within six hours of the class start time, you will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.

No Show Cancellation Fee ($10): If you do not cancel your class or do not attend within the cancellation period you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10. 

Private & Semi-Private Class
There is a 24-hour cancellation window for private and/or semi-private classes. A private or semi-private class can be rescheduled with notice of 24 hours or more. If you cancel a class within the 24-hour cancellation window, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

If a class is fully booked and you wish to attend, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. Due to our six-hour cancellation window, there are typically changes to class attendance and spaces may become available. Should a space open for you, you will receive a notification (via email or text) and automatically be added into the class. 

If you are accepted into class within the six-hour cancellation period and you can no longer attend, the cancellation policy will apply.

If you place yourself on a waitlist and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. This avoids being placed in the class if a space becomes available and potentially being charged a cancellation fee.

We kindly ask that you arrive punctually for your class to ensure a seamless check-in process. To show consideration for fellow clients, instructors, and for your own safety, no entry will be permitted once the class has begun. If you are unable to join the class due to arriving late, you may attend a subsequent class if there is availability on standby.

This exclusive deal for new members grants access to unlimited group classes across both mat and reformer studios, to be enjoyed within a 21-day timeframe. 

• The pass will become active starting from the date of your first class and will be valid for 21 consecutive days. This offer is specifically for new clients and can be purchased only once.

• Transactions are handled through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Passes are non-refundable and non-extendable. Please note that all class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy.

Class Packs (1 Class, 10 Class, 20 Class and 50 Class) can be used for regularly scheduled group Reformer Studio classes and/or Mat Studio group classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. 

• Class Packs will activate on the date of your first class and expire after one month (for 1 class),  three consecutive months (for 10 class pack) and 6 months (for 20 class pack) and 1 year (50 class packs) and cannot be extended. 

• Transactions are handled through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Passes are non-refundable and non-extendable. Please note that all class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy.

• While our memberships do not require a long-term contract, a minimum commitment of two weeks is needed upon the initial purchase of the membership. Payments will continue until you request cancellation.

• To cancel your membership, please contact the studio in writing with at least 14 days’ notice and allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. Active membership payments cannot be refunded.

• You may temporarily suspend your membership for a minimum of one week at a time. A minimum one-week written notice is required for all suspensions. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation policies. 

• Membership passes are not eligible for refunds. Our Class Booking and Cancellation policies apply to all class reservations.

• Payments are processed every two weeks via our payment partner, Stripe. Please make sure to have sufficient funds available on the direct debit date to avoid a $10 reprocessing fee for any declined transactions.

• Daily Dose Studios issues electronic gift vouchers that can be used for various studio offerings like memberships, class packs, and retail products, excluding pop-up events, workshops, or special events. 

• All gift voucher purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

• These vouchers expire 12 months from the issuance date and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance on a voucher after its expiration date cannot be utilized by the recipient.

All retail purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the product is determined to be defective.

Daily Dose Studios is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. We only use your Personal Data to provide the services outlined in the Terms and Conditions and uphold the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take measures to ensure the confidentiality of your Personal Data while it's in our care. Your information is not shared with third parties, except our trusted service providers assisting in delivering services, and they must adhere to our privacy standards.

You can update your details by informing us via email. Any disclosure of personal information to third parties is done only if required by law. It's prohibited to photograph or record instructors or clients without their consent.

Upon agreeing to our terms, Daily Dose Studios is permitted to use your image in promotional materials, including social media and the website.
