We gradually increase the intensity and complexity of your workouts to help you continuously improve.

  • Throughout the program, we emphasise the importance of moving with purpose, helping you develop a strong foundation that promotes not just immediate gains, but long-term health and fitness.


How It Works
  • Fill in the form below and we’ll schedule a brief phone call to discuss the 12 week program and any questions you may have.

  • Your first session is to assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and understand any specific needs or limitations.

  • Following your consultation, we’ll design a customised strength training program just for you. Over the next 12 weeks, you will attend 2-3 training sessions per week, progressively building your strength with guided exercises that suit your abilities and goals.

  • Startig in week 5, you will independantly continue your program in the space. A trainer will be available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have, and you’ll still benefit from weekly check ins with our team.

  • Attending 2 sessions each week | $510 or weekly repayments of $44

    Attending 3 sessions each week | $770 or weekly repayments of $65

    **Please note: you must be able to commit to 2+ sessions per week from February 2nd
