How It Works-
Fill in the form below and we’ll schedule a brief phone call to discuss the 12 week program and any questions you may have.
As part of the training, you can choose between two or three strength sessions per week. You can participate in either our Reformer STRENGTH classes at our Reformer Studio or our STRENGTH Training sessions at our Gym.

Your first session is designed to assess your current fitness level, discuss your long-term goals, and understand any specific needs or limitations you may have. This will ensure we develop a plan that is safe and effective for you.

Following your consultation, we will design a customised strength training program tailored to your goals. Over the next 12 weeks, you will attend two to three sessions per week, progressively building your strength through guided exercises suited to your abilities.
Your personal program now provides you with access to attend the small group strength sessions at our gym studio on Fitzroy Street. These sessions are designed to complement your current routine and help you reach your fitness goals.
There will also be a Group Reformer STRENGTH options if you can’t make the Strength Training sessions.
Our Group Reformer STRENGTH classes will be designed in a similar way . Focusing on slow, controlled movements and increased resistance on the reformer to target deep muscle groups and improve overall body composition. You can expect a heavy emphasis on progressive loading, core stability, and muscle endurance.

Group Reformer STRENGTH
These classes have a maximum of 8 participants. Everyone follows the same set of exercises while moving at their own individual pace.
STRENGTH Training
These sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 people. They focus on a personal program created specifically for you and your unique fitness goals.

For Strength Training sessions you will need to attend an initial one on one consultation.
One on One: $60 (normally $80)
Attending 2 sessions each week | Double Dose Membership $84 per week
Attending 3 sessions each week | Triple Dose Membership $52
