Where: Online (for membership holders, 2 x studio classes per week can be substituted)

1st prize: Unlimited access to our new Mat studio for 6 months + $200 cash
2nd prize: Unlimited access to our new Mat studio for 3 months
A dynamic fitness challenge designed to empower and transform your body through a harmonious blend of resistance exercises, Mat Pilates Tone and invigorating yoga flow. This multifaceted program is tailored to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
What to Expect: Each week focuses on a different movement
Week 1 - Resistance Exercises: Build foundational strength and tone your muscles with targeted resistance training. You'll engage in a variety of exercises designed to challenge all major muscle groups, helping you to increase endurance and definition.
Week 2 - Mat Pilates Tone: Experience the art of Pilates as we focus on core strength, stability, and body alignment. Our sculpt sessions will help you tone your body, improve posture, and enhance your overall physical performance, leaving you feeling elongated and empowered.
Week 3 - Yoga Flow: Unwind and reconnect with your body through our fluid yoga flow sessions. These classes will promote flexibility and mindfulness, allowing you to cultivate a strong mind-body connection while enhancing your balance and breath control.
Throughout this challenge, you’ll not only build physical strength but also develop mental resilience. Join us as we create a supportive community, motivate each other, and celebrate our progress together. Embrace the journey and let’s strengthen our bodies and minds together!
If challengers incorporate an additional cardio movement into their weekly routine and share it with @dailydose.studios on Instagram or Facebook, they will earn an extra point toward the chance to win the final prize.
What do I need?: You will need a set of heavy weights and a set of light weights.

You will need to have access to our Online classes, either through our Thrive Daily Membership, link to sign up https://momence.com/m/237811
or if you have a Studio Membership, let us know so we can give you access to our Thrive Daily (online) membership whilst the challenge is going.
To be in the running for the Challenge prize you must complete 5 online classes each week, if you have a studio membership you can count 2 of your studio classes each week towards the challenge.
